    1. 1 Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz)

    2. 1 Egg

    3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Milk

    4. 3 tablespoons 45ml All-purpose flour

    5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Freshly-ground black pepper

    6. 1 cup 237ml Instant mashed potato flakes Ketchup

    1. Recipe Instructions Heat oven to 375 degrees. Slice Spam into 8 pieces; cut each slice in half lengthwise. Beat together egg and milk. Combine flour and black pepper. Coat each Spam slice with flour mixture. Dip in milk mixture. Roll in potato flakes. Place on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with ketchup. This recipe yields 4 servings.
