  2. 3 Sweet pickles - finely

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh parsley - chopped

  4. 1 Hard-boiled eggs - chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml White wine vinegar

  2. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover tightly and chill.
