  1. 1 package (15.6 ounces) cranberry-orange quick bread mix

  2. 1 can (15 ounces) sliced pears, drained and halved

  3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  4. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  5. 1/3 cup sugar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  7. 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  1. Pear-Cranberry Coffee Cake Recipe photo by Taste of Home Prepare bread mix according to package directions; pour batter into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Sprinkle pears with lemon juice; arrange over batter.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon; stir in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pears.

  3. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Yield: 9 servings.
