  2. CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE PIE

  7. 1 c Semi-sweet choc. bits

  8. 6 oz Cream cheese -- softened

  9. 1/8 ts Salt

  10. 2 Eggs separated

  11. 3/4 c Brown sugar

  12. 2 ts Vanilla

  13. 1 c Heavy cream

  14. 1 1/2 c Graham Cracker crumbs

  15. 1/4 c Brown sugar

  16. 1 Square unsweetened choc. mel

  17. 1/3 c Butter

  18. Melt choc. chips over hot water. Let cool about 10

  19. mins. (any longer and they will stiffen) Whip cream

  20. cheese and salt until light and fluffy. Gradually add

  21. 1/2 cup brown sugar; cream this thoroughly Blend in

  22. egg yolk; one at a time,beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and choc. to mixture and beat

  23. thoroughly. Beat egg whites into soft peaks. Gradually

  24. add remaining sugar and beat until stiff and glossy.

  25. Fold Choc mixture into egg whites. Fold in whipped

  26. cream. Spoon into crust (follows) and chill overnight.

  27. Chocolate Crumb Crust: Combine crumbs and sugar, add

  28. choc. and butter,blending thoroughly. Pat mixture to

  29. the bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Chill

  30. before adding filling.I also have a great recipe for a
