    7. 1 c Chilled peach nectar

    8. 1/2 c Milk

    9. 1 Container (6 ounces) peach -yogurt

    10. Ground nutmeg

    11. Place nectar, milk and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on high speed

    12. 30 seconds or until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
