  1. Mix fruit, celery, mayonnaise and yogurt in medium bowl until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until you’re ready to prepare your lunch. Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf and several slices of turkey. Stuff with a scoop of chilled fruit mixture. Wrap each pocket individually in plastic wrap.
