Frosted Banana Bars ½

    1. 2 egg s

    2. 1 c sour cream

    3. 1 tsp vanilla

    4. 2 c flour

    5. 1 tsp bakeing powder

    6. 1/2 tsp salt

    7. 2 med banana s mashed Frosting

    8. 1 pg ( 8oz) cream cheese

    9. 1/2 c butter softned

    10. 2 tsp vanilla

    11. 3 3/4- 4 c powdered sugar

    1. In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, bakeing soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas. spread into a 15X10 pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or untilla toothpick comes out clean. for frosting, in mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Gradually beat in enough powdered sugar to acheive desired consistencey.
