  1. 2 package(s) baby portabella mushrooms

  2. 1 package(s) sweet Italian sausages

  3. 1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese

  4. 1/2 cup(s) Parlsey , chopped

  1. Remove stems from the mushrooms and sausage from casings.

  2. Mix sausage, cheese and parlsey in a bowl.

  3. Fill each mushroom cap with about a teaspoon of mixture.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
