  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  2. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  3. 2 tablespoons mango chutney

  4. 1 tablespoon grainy mustard

  5. 8 cups mixed salad greens

  6. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  7. 1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds, chopped Dressing:

  8. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  9. 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  10. 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  12. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  1. In shallow pan, place chicken and sprinkle with salt. In small bowl, combine maple syrup, chutney, mustard and pepper. Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture over chicken, turning to coat; reserve remaining mixture. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare Dressing: In small saucepan, place olive oil. Add garlic and cook over medium low heat about 30 seconds. Stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cool.

  3. Preheat broiler; arrange chicken on broiler pan. Broil until fork can be inserted with ease, about 5 minutes per side. Cool slightly; spread reserved syrup mixture over chicken and cut crosswise into thin strips. In large bowl, place salad greens and toss with Dressing. Arrange chicken on greens; sprinkle with cheese and pumpkin seeds.
