  1. 1 Can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits -- (16 1 ounce )

  2. 1 Package semisweet chocolate chips -- (6 ounce)

  3. 1 Can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 ounces)

  4. 2 Cups rolled oats

  5. 1/3 Cup firmly packed brown sugar

  6. 1/2 Cup melted butter

  7. 2 Teaspoons vanilla

  1. Preparation : Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Separate cach biscuit into 2 layers. Arrange layers in ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over dough; pour condensed milk over chocolate chips. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool, cut into bars.
