  11. 1 Tsp.-Lawry's Perfect Blend (Fish & Seafood) Seasoning®

  12. 1/2 Cup-Heavy Cream

  13. 1 Stick-Butter (Melted)

  14. 1 Tblsp. Milk

  15. 1 Tblsp.-Fresh, Lemon Juice

  16. 1 Tblsp.-Corn Starch (mixed with 1-tblsp. COLD water--for thickening agent)

  1. For the "SALMON CROQUETTE MOUNDS": ~~PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees. ~~In a large, mixingbowl, STIR TOGETHER all, above-listed ingredients (for Croquettes) until WELL-BLENDED. ~~MOLD Salmon Batter into MOUND shapes. ~~PLACE Mounds on a flat, baking sheet. ~~BAKE Croquettes for NO MORE than 25 minutes, and... SERVE HOT! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ For the LEMONY HOLLANDAISE": ~~In a small sauce pan, (on medium-high heat setting) MELT Butter and ADD Lemon Juice, STIRRING WELL, until BLENDED. ~~In a separate, small mixing bowl, COMBINE one tablespoon COLD Water to Corn Starch and STIR WELL, until NO LUMPS. ~~STIR (slowly) Corn Starch mixture INTO Melted Butter, milk and Lemon Juice until WELL-BLENDED, and... SERVE OVER warm Salmon Croquette Mounds! ENJOY! ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ SIDE BITE: GARNISH by LAYING OUT some Flat-leaf Parsley on a Platter and ADD some fresh, Lemon Slices! SIDE BITE: For a QUICKER HOLLANDAISE, simply...ADD the same amount Lemon Juice (as directed above) to Lawry's Hollandaise Sauce® while preparing Sauce "as directed" on packaging!
