  1. 1 qt. fresh strawberries

  2. 1 c. sugar

  3. 3 tbsp. cornstarch

  4. 7 oz. 7-Up

  5. 1 baked pie shell

  6. 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and 7-Up in pan. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until thick and translucent. Set aside to cool.

  2. Place capped strawberries into cooled, baked pie shell that has been lined with thin covering of softened cream cheese. Pour cooled translucent glaze over stacked berries. Cool in refrigerator 45 minutes – 1 hour. Can garnish with whipped cream if desired.
