  1. On medium heat fry 1 lb of small beef cubes in a small amount of olive oil until thoroughly cooked. Add: onion, celery, beef stock, and soy sauce. BOIL FOR 15 MINUTES. Add: Drained mushrooms. Add: In a small bowl mix a small amount of water to Cornstarch and mix thoroughly. Add: Cornstarch to Chow Mein stiring constantly until thick. Add: Drained Bean Sprouts . Heat through and serve.
