  1. Make the filling: Place chocolate in a large bowl and set aside. Bring the cream to a boil and immediately pour it over the chocolate. Let the mixture sit for 30 seconds and gently stir until smooth. Store covered and refrigerated for up to 3 weeks. Bring to room temperature to use.
