  5. 16 oz Semi-sweet chocolate; cut up

  6. 1/2 c Butter

  7. 1 tb Suagr

  8. 1 1/2 ts All-purpose flour

  9. 1 ts Raspberry liqueur; opt

  10. 4 Eggs; separated

  11. 12 oz Seedless raspberry jam

  12. 1cup

  13. Whipped cream

  14. In a large heavy saucepan combine chocolate and butter.

  15. Cook and stir over low heat till chocolkate melts. remove

  16. from heat, Stir in sugar, flour, and liqueur. Using a

  17. spoon, beat egg yolks, one at a time, till combined. Set

  18. aside.

  19. In a mixing bowl beat egg whites with an electric mixer on

  20. high speed till stiff peaks form. Fold into chocolate

  21. mixture. Pour into a greased 8-inch springform pan. Bake

  22. 25 to 30 minutes or till edges puff.

  23. Cool on a rack for 30 minutes. Remove sides of pan; cool

  24. 4 to 24 hours. Heat jam

  25. just till milted.

  26. To serve, drizzle jam on each dessert plate; top with cake

  27. slice, whipped crea, and fresh raspberries, if desired.
