  12. 2 to 3 tablespoons Red Wine-Black Pepper Vinaigrette or 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  13. Kosher salt and coarsely cracked black pepper

  14. Pinch dry Greek oregano
