  1. Ingredients :Serves 6-8

  2. 200 g 1 1/4 liters

  3. 190 g 1 teaspoon 1 x 425 g 2 cups Uncooked glutinous rice

  4. Thin coconut milk

  5. Sugar

  6. Salt

  7. Can whole kernel corn, drained

  8. or kernels from 2 fresh cobs of corn,

  9. steamed or boiled for 7 minutes

  10. Coconut cream, to serve

  1. Combine the glutinous rice and coconutmilk in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then add sugar, salt and corn.

  2. Simmer over very low heat until rice istender and mixture has a porridge-like texture, about 15 minutes.

  3. Pour into individual bowls and serve eachbowl with 60 ml coconut cream.
