  1. 1 medium onion, chopped

  2. 3 tablespoons butter

  3. 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour

  4. 2 cups chicken broth

  5. 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika

  6. 1 bay leaf

  7. 1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) BREAKSTONE'S® Sour Cream

  8. 1 rotisserie chicken, cut into serving-size pieces Hot cooked noodles

  1. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter. Stir in flour until blended; gradually add the broth, paprika and bay leaf. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream. Add chicken; heat through. Discard bay leaf. Serve with noodles. Yield: 6 servings.
