  2. 4 slices sourdough bread -- (2 oz slices)

  3. 6 ounces cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat broiler. On baking sheet, place bread slices; toast one side in oven. Remove from oven.

  2. Turn bread over and place equally divided cheese on top of bread slices. Broil until cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove to plate and garnish with parsley if desired.
