  1. 1 cup 328g / 11oz Karo syrup - dark

  2. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Sugar

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  4. 3 Eggs

  5. 1 Butter - melted

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vanilla

  7. 1 cup 237ml Pecans

  1. Combine in following order:

  2. Mix syrup, sugar and salt together.

  3. Beat in whole eggs 3. Stir in melted butter, vanilla, and pecans 4. Pour into unbaked pastry shell.

  4. Bake 50 minutes at 350F.
