  1. 2 Chicken breasts - cut in

  2. Cubes 2 Limes - juice of

  3. 20 Garlic - minced

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Low sodium soy sauce

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Apple juice concentrate

  6. 8 oz 227g Medium mushrooms

  7. 1 Red bell pepper - cut in

  8. 1"

  9. Cubes 16 White pearl onions

  10. 1 Green bell pepper - cut in

  11. 1" pieces

  12. 2 Zucchini - cubed (small)

  1. Combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice and marinate the chicken in it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.

  2. Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers.

  3. Grill or broil about 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
