  1. Galbi from Mama Eun's Korean BBQ (LA Cut - 4 strips, Traditional Cut - 2 strip)

  2. Fresh Kimchi from Mama Eun's Korean BBQ (6-8 oz)

  3. firm tofu (4-5oz, usually 1/4 of whole tofu)

  4. eggs (4)

  5. avocado (1)

  6. lemon (1/2) or lemon juice

  7. Fresh Red or green leaf lettuce (3-4 leaves)

  8. tortilla Wrap (2)

  9. ground pepper , salt , olive oil

  1. Cook Galbi on a frying pan or grill as you desire.

  2. Dice Kimchi in a small size.

  3. Crush tofu using a spoon.

  4. Scramble eggs with olive oil, salt, ground pepper.

  5. Remove outer shell and slice the avocado.

  6. Dice lettuce leaves in a small size.

  7. Put a wrap at the bottom and put prepared ingredients. Also put little bit of lemon juice.

  8. Wrap to make a Galbi Breakfast Burrito.
