  1. 2 cups 474ml Apple juice

  2. 1 cup 237ml Water

  3. 1 pinch Sea salt -

  4. 1 cup 160g / 5.6oz Am rice and shine

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cinnamon

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Roasted pecan or other nuts - - (chopped)

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  1. Recipe Instructions Bring juice, water and salt to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in Rice and Shine and cinnamon. Turn heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Let set until slightly cool. Pour into a 9" square pan. Refrigerate until set and cool. Serve squares plain or with a little fruit syrup.
