  1. 10 each Chicken wings

  2. Finely minced ginger root

  3. 1 t

  4. Lemon juice 1/2

  8. Vegetable oil 1/2

  9. Ground tumeric

  10. 1 1/2 t

  11. Finely minced garlic

  12. 1 T

  13. Water 1/2

  14. t

  15. Salt

  1. Remove wing tips and reserve for the soup pot.

  2. Cut each wing in half at the joint.

  3. In a mixing bowl combine the wings and other ingredients except the oil.

  4. Mix, cover and refrigerate 3 hrs.

  5. In a large, deep pan heat the oil, add wings and fry until golden brown on both sides- 12 min total.
