  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Ripe banana - peeled, sliced (small)

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Plain whole milk yogurt

  3. Superfine sugar - to taste

  4. 1 Rum

  5. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Red seedless grapes - rinsed, halved

  6. Mint leaves - for garnish

  7. Chopped pistachio nuts - for garnish

  1. Puree banana with yogurt and season with some superfine sugar and a dash of rum. Spoon into the bottom of wine glasses and spoon grapes over the top; garnish with mint or pistachios.

  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
