  1. 1 small or medium sized Turkey Breast

  2. 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened.

  3. 3 medium Granny Green Apples, cored and sliced in wedges

  4. Butter

  5. Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. Rub breast with butter, sprinkle with salt and pepper, about 1 teaspoon each. Place breast heavy side or meaty side down in crock-pot, arrange apple slices around the breast, place lid on, and cook on high for 6 to 8 hours. No fluids needed, it will pull the natural juice from the apples as it cooks. Turkey Breast is very moist and also easy to make.
