  1. 1 cup Packed fresh basil leaves

  2. 1 cup Packed fresh mint leaves

  3. 1/2 cup Walnuts (about 2 1/4 oz)

  4. 2 tablespoons Frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

  5. 2 Garlic cloves

  6. 1/4 cup (or more) olive oil

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. In processor, blend first 5 ingredients until almost smooth. With machine running, gradually add ¼ C olive oil; process until smooth. If pesto is dry, mix im more oil by spoonfuls.
