  1. 1 cup carrot , thickly grated

  2. 2 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)

  3. 2 tsp chilli powder

  4. 1/4 tsp lemon juice

  5. 1 tsp oil

  6. 1 tsp salt

  1. Grind the garlic, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt to a fine paste in a blender.

  2. Combine the carrots, garlic paste and oil in a bowl and mix well.

  3. Serve immediately.
