  3. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, freshly chopped

  4. 2 teaspoons evenly mixed dried tarragon, oregano, thyme, and marjoram

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  8. 1 egg

  9. 1 slice of French bread Water

  1. Instructions Soak the bread in water. Squeeze off excess water and place bread in a large bowl. Add beef and seasonings and mix together. Add egg and blend with your hands. Form about four evenly shaped patties out of the beef mixture. Place burgers on a hot grill and cook for 10-15 minutes on each side. .
