  2. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Choice roast beef - cubed

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Flour

  4. 3/4 tablespoon 11ml Garlic powder

  5. 1 cup 237ml Water with soup base

  1. Cube meat into 1/2 inch cubes. Mix all ingredients in roaster pan and cook, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
