  1. 1 cup plain yogurt

  2. 1 cup diced (1/4-inch) cucumber

  3. 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried 2 teaspoons fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dried Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Preparation: In a medium-size bowl, mix yogurt , cucumber, dill , mint, salt, and pepper. Taste for salt and pepper. Serve sauce at once. Serve with Turkish Lamb Burgers in Pita Bread .
