  1. 2/3 cup 157ml Yellow mustard

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Sugar

  3. 1 cup 237ml Cider vinegar

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chili powder

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Black pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml White pepper

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cayenne pepper

  8. 5 Tabasco - or to taste

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Soy sauce

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  1. Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. Use as a basting sauce for barbecuing or as a condiment for grilled pork or chicken.
