  1. 3 cups Shredded cabbage; (red or white)

  2. 1 small Gated fresh onion

  3. 1 teaspoon Celery seed

  4. teaspoon Pepper

  5. 1/4 cup Canola oil

  6. 1/2 cup White vinegar

  7. Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 tsp sugar

  8. teaspoon Tsp salt substitute

  1. The following cole slaw recipe is very low fat and only 40 calories per serving and is also very delicious. It comes from the kitchens of The Trim Club.

  2. Shred cabbage, add onion & condiments. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Combine sugar substitute, oil and vinegar. Mix into cabbage, tossing lightly.

  4. Chill and serve.
