  1. 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice

  2. 2 chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes (smashed)

  3. 1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

  4. 1 teaspoon dry minced onion

  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  6. 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt or celery salt

  8. You can double or triple and stock up. Just cook as you would regular rice.
