  1. 1 lb FRANKS, sliced in

  2. 1" pieces

  3. 1 c Pineapple, spears

  4. 1 Green Pepper, cut in

  5. 1" pcs.

  6. 1 c Onion,sm. pickling or 1"pcs

  7. 1 c Brown Sugar

  8. 2 tb Lemon Juice

  9. 2 tb Mustard

  10. 3 c Cooking Oil,dep.size Fondue

  1. Drain pineapple, saving 1/2 c.

  2. juice.

  3. Combine juice, sugar, lemon and mustard; mix well.

  4. Pour into shallow baking dish.

  5. Arrange FRANKS, pineapple, onion and green pepper pieces alternately on lower half of skewers or bamboo sticks.

  6. Marinate skewers in pineapple glaze at least 1 hr.

  7. before serving time.

  8. Heat oil in Fondue dish.

  9. Guest can cook and serve their own.

  10. Or, broil in oven turning until browned.

  11. Serves: 10-15
