  1. 6 Jalapeno peppers - chopped

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Vinegar

  4. 2 Garlic - minced

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dry mustard

  6. Freshly ground black pepper

  7. 2 cups 474ml Cooked black-eyed peas

  8. 4 Green onions with tops - sliced

  9. 1 Celery - chopped

  1. Combine chilies, oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, and black pepper to form a dressing. Toss black-eyed peas, onions, and celery with the dressing and marinate in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
