  1. 6 rashers back bacon

  2. 225g (8oz) macaroni

  3. 2 x 300g cartons fresh four cheese pasta sauce

  4. 60ml (4tbsp) milk

  5. 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

  6. 30ml (2tbsp) freshly grated Parmesan cheese Green salad, to serve

  1. Preheat the grill to medium. Grill the bacon rashers for 3-4 mins until crispy. Cool slightly, then chop. Cook the macaroni in a pan of lightly salted boiling water for 10-12 mins, or according to the packet instructions. Drain well and transfer to a shallow ovenproof dish. A few minutes before the pasta is cooked place the cheese sauce and milk in a pan and heat through gently. Pour the sauce over the drained pasta and stir in the bacon. Top with the sliced tomatoes and sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese. Grill for 3-4 mins until bubbling and lightly browned. Serve immediately with a green salad.
