Spice Hot Chocolate Recipe

    1. 1/2c Sugar

    2. 3 ea Ounces unsweetened chocolate

    3. 1 ts Ground cinnamon

    4. 1/4ts Salt

    5. 1/4ts Ground nutmeg

    6. 1 1/2c Water

    7. 4 c Milk Cinnamon stick stirrers

    Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

    1. + Directions : In a saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Stir in water and add chocolate. Stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and heat through. Serve with a cinnamon stick stirrer in each cup. Serves 6.
