  1. 1/2 lb. deli sliced Colby, Monterey Jack, or Provolone cheese

  2. 1/4 lb. thinly sliced deli meats

  3. 8 slices whole wheat or white sandwich bread

  1. Spray a waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray and heat. Meanwhile, make sandwiches with cheese, deli meats and bread. Place 1 sandwich in the middle of the heated waffle iron. Bake for 2-3 minutes or until sandwich is golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
