  1. 1 qt Watermelon pulp

  2. 1/3 c Sugar

  3. 2 tb Lime juice

  1. Put watermelon pulp in food processor or blender, and puree.

  2. Dissolve sugar in lime juice.

  3. Combine watermelon and sugar-lime mixture, place in ice-cream freezer, follow operating instructions.

  4. Yield: 1 quart.

  5. Optional: You may add 2 beaten egg whites to mixture in ice-cream freezer, after it starts to freeze.

  6. This will give you a consistency similar to a sherbet.
