  1. 8 ea Chopped scallions,

  2. 6 oz Jar marinated artichoke hear

  3. 1 c Light cream

  4. 3 ea Eggs

  5. 1 c All purpose flour

  6. 1/2 t Salt

  7. 8 T Cold unsalted butter, cut up

  8. 1 ea Egg

  9. 1 ea Garlic clove, finely minced

  10. 4 T Butter

  11. 1 x Ground pepper to taste

  12. 8 oz Gruyere cheese, grated

  13. 1/2 c Walnuts, toasted, cooled

  14. 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

  15. 1. Saute scallions and garlic in butter until softened. Cut artichoke

  16. 2. Combine cream, eggs, salt and pepper in medium bowl.

  17. 3. Sprinkle grated cheese over the bottom of the partially baked crust.
