  1. 4 larges Eggs

  2. cup Water

  3. teaspoon Salt

  4. pounds Jarlsberg cheese, shredded OR Swiss cheese shredded

  5. cup Red bell pepper, diced

  6. cup Fresh chives, minced

  7. Red and Green Bell Pepper rings

  1. GARNISH Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a shallow 1½ quart baking dish. Whisk togher the eggs, water and salt in a medium sized bowl.

  2. Pour mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese, bell pepper and chives. Bake 15 - 20 minutes OR until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Garnish with slices of bell pepper.
