  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dijon mustard

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Lemon juice

  7. 20 Romaine lettuce leaves - torn (about 2 heads)

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Freshly grated Parmesan

  9. 1 Anchovy fillets - (2 oz) Salt and pepper to taste

  10. 1 cup 30g / 1.1oz Seasoned croutons

  1. Recipe Instructions Crush garlic in large salad bowl (or use garlic press). Add egg and next 4 ingredients. Beat well using a wire whisk. Add lettuce; toss to coat. Add remaining ingredients; toss again. Serve immediately.
