  4. 12 slices Roast pork loin

  5. 2 cups Potatoes. mashed

  6. 2 cans (1 lb each) kidney beans; drained

  7. 3 cups Cooked kasha or bulgar wheat

  8. 9 ounces Green beans; frozen, sliced with mushrooms, cooked

  9. 2 cups Sliced carrots; cooked

  10. 1 large Onion; thinly sliced

  11. 1 can Condensed cream of onion soup plus

  12. cup Milk and 1 teaspoon Leaf thyme; crumbled

  13. 2 Envelopes (1 oz) brown gravy mix; prepared and 2 tablespoons Dry red wine

  14. 2 cups Bottled bbq sauce

  15. Thick tomato slices topped with grated romano cheese; and leaf oregano

  16. Crushed whole-wheat cracker crumbs

  17. Packaged herb-flavored croutons; tossed with melted butter or margarine
