  2. Title: BROCCOLI SALAD WITH VINAIGRETTE DRESSING

  5. 3 c Broccoli florets; and peeled

  6. -peeled stems

  7. 1/3 c Vegetables oil;

  8. 1 tb Wine vinegar;

  9. 1 cl Garlic; minced

  10. 1/4 c Orange juice;

  11. 1 ts Dijon mustard;

  12. 1/4 c Grated carrot;

  13. Steam the broccoli just until fork-tender. In Large

  14. bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, garlic, orange juice,

  15. and mustard. Mix well. Add the broccoli to the

  16. dressing and toss to combine. Serve warm or at room

  17. temperture. Sprinkle the grated carrot over the top
