  2. STIR-FRIED GREENS WITH OYSTER SAUCE

  8. 3 tb Vegetable oil

  9. 1 tb Garlic, chopped

  10. --SEASONINGS--

  11. 1 tb Soy sauce

  12. 1 tb Bean paste

  13. 2 tb Vegetarian oyster sauce

  14. 1 tb Cornstarch dissolved in

  15. 1/4 c Water

  16. --GARNISH--

  17. 1 tb Cilantro leaves, chopped

  18. Wash the vegetables. Cut leafy greens into 2 lengths. Heat the wok

  19. in oil over high heat & add the garlic. Stir-fry until it is light

  20. 3 to 5 minutes

  21. more. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with the cilantro & serve
