  2. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Onion - chopped

  3. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Flour

  4. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper

  6. 8 oz 227g Cheddar cheese - grated

  7. 8 oz 227g Macaroni - cooked, cooled

  8. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  9. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Seasoned bread crumbs

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt butter in large saucepan, add onion. Saute, 3 minutes. Add flour, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Whisk in milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in cheddar; cook and stir until melted. Mix in macaroni and sour cream. Pour into greased 2 qt casserole; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 375 for 30 minutes.
