  2. 1 1/3 cups cooked rice

  3. 1/3 cup nonfat milk

  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla

  5. 3 packets sugar substitute

  6. 1 ripe banana -- mashed

  7. 1/4 cup whipping cream -- whipped

  8. 2 kiwi fruit -- sliced, for garnish

  1. Cook rice and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until thick and creamy (about 15 to 20 minutes), stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cool. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute. Just before serving, fold in banana and whipped cream. Garnish with kiwi slices. Note: Use sugar substitute to equal 2 tablespoons of sugar.
