  1. 4 slice(s) fish , use what you have, monkfish, salmon, tuna, mackerel, grouper 2 zucchini , small 4 mushrooms , large 8 cherry tomatoes 1 teaspoon(s) herbs de provence 4 tablespoon(s) virgin olive oil 4 slice(s) lemon , for the decoration 4 pinch(s) salt 4 pinch(s) pepper

  1. Turns the oven to 250 degrees C (or Broil if using an American oven). Remove skin from fish then cut each slice into 5 equal parts. Wash zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cut ends of zucchini, and then cut into 8 slices. Wash and dry the mushrooms with absorbent paper and cut into 4 slices. Make 4 piles with 5 pieces of fish, 4 slices of zucchini, sliced 4 mushrooms and cherry tomatoes 2. Pique ingredients onto the skewers, of the center, alternately one piece of vegetables and fish. Cover an oven pan with a piece of aluminium foil. Pose skewers above. Season them with a pinch of salt, some pepper and herbs de provence. Sprinkle them with virgin olive oil. Cook the skewers in the oven for 10 to 12 min. Turn them and cook them as long from the other side; they should be golden brown. Decorate them with slices of lemon.
