  1. Directions for Preparation In an electric blender, add orange juice (or banana, if you prefer a thicker shake), one serving of protein powder (from a superior brand) and Greek yogurt. First, blend this mixture on a high setting for about 15-20 seconds. Then, add frozen mango and pineapple and blend the mixture for another 20 seconds or till the shake is smooth and ready for serving.

In a thick skillet, add soup and turkey and saute until they turn golden brown. Stir in shredded cheese, saute for another 2 minutes and keep aside this filling. Prepare the rolls by unfolding and cutting each triangular piece into half. Add a spoonful of the filling in the center of the triangular pieces. Fold, seal the edges of the rolls and place in a non-sticky baking sheet. Bake rolls for about 15 minutes and serve when warm.

  5. Low Fat Kidney Beans Spread Ingredients 1 can canned kidney beans (or pinto beans)

Red or green Tabasco sauce Juice of 1 fresh lemon Salt substitute to taste (optional) Directions for Preparation In a mixing bowl, combine together all the ingredients - kidney beans, Tabasco sauce, lime juice and salt substitute. Blend this mixture in an electric blender or a hand mixer for about 3-4 minutes.
